[BLOGILATES] Day 2: I. Officially. Hate. ABCs.
I never though I would despise the simple Alphabets so much until now.
Today is Day 2 of my Pilates Beginner Calendar Workout by Cassey Ho!
My morning started out pretty well:
- woke up
- checked FB (yeah I'm that lame)
- took off my contacts (that's right baby. I wear night contacts :3)
- did a 1 min plank (boy did my muscles feel the pain already .__.)
Then I came downstairs and had a wonderful breakfast!
Tea-Flavored Boiled Eggs and a cup of apples ^__^ Oh, and I also gulped down 8 oz of water!
I feel pretty good....
Then came the time to START THE WORKOUT TT.TT
The first part wasn't that bad, until I had to do ABC Abs. I was shouting, crying, yelling, falling, and my muscles were burning so bad. When I look back at the video, I can't help but admire how Cassey can hold up that long AND TALK. I WOULD BE DYING. AND CRYING. And then I ended up with a forehead full of dripping sweat lol
And now, I'm off to the airport to pick up my cousins that came from Korea! ^__^
