Music is something that's in everyone's life--no matter the form of music. That's right. There's other forms of music. Music can be something that only you can hear and understand while everyone else looks at you with that weird face.
Then, there's the other kind of music that everyone listens to. American songs, kpop, Chinese, rap, R&B, etc. Personally, even though I live in America, I dislike American songs in general. Their explicit "sexual intentions and frustrations" are portrayed in the song, and I'm not that kind of girl...That's why I listen to Kpop. Sure, I may not know a thing about kpop, but does it matter? I don't need to understand the message. The songs are catchy, the mvs are interesting, and perfectly filmed.
I believe music is something that everyone needs and has. The kind of music one listens to portrays their current feelings and their music style. If one listens to classic, they might be looked as "calm and quiet", but I don't believe music reflects "who you are", but what you're feeling. One person can be interested in rock and roll, but listen to ballads suddenly. The reason could be because they are depressed or sad that something occured. There's many possibilities.
I listen to music as a way to relieve myself from my stress and many other frustrating things. Music is a wonderful thing and shouldn't be taken lightly.
As Aldous Huxley said,
"After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music."
WELCOME! Blog was initially for school use, but then it became a blog for MVs. Currently, it is just my blog to share with the world with what I am up to. c:

[BLOGILATES] Day 10: All Over the Place
The title is very accurate LOL I'm sore everywhere: abs, calves, thighs, arms, neck; but mostly the abs.
Today started out really well! I had the Blogilates' 2 ingredient pancakes again, and didn't eat anything until 6pm, dinner time. Here comes the bad part of it. My family and I were going to a friend's house to eat, but then my mom had to go to the phone store to get that stupid iPhone fixed and I was starving in the car... I think I might have wasted a bit too much energy yelling at my siblings :P
When the food was placed on the table, ........ I went for everything TT.TT I kept on saying to myself, "okay one last shrimp and that's it!" Haha. No way man. So I guess you can say today is my cheat day of the week? Sigh.
When I came home, I worked my butt off. I did 4 rounds of the Gangnam Style Cardio Workout, and one round of this ab workout. My abs are hurting now. Ohmergad. Why
Then I found out that my friend also bought this cute shirt (not really a shirt but those thin clothes that you button up and wear a tank underneath). I looked at the price and ....... THE SHIRT IS SO DAMN EXPENSIVE. $40 FOR THAT THIN ASS THING? HOLLISTER YOU CRAY. But I don't mind! I didn't buy it with my money, or my families! LOLOL I sound so selfish :/ But I"m the type that doesn't refuse expensive free things C:
LOL It's past midnight, but I thought I would post this first, so now.. bye! Night!

[BLOGILATES] Day 9: Abs & Graham Crackers
Today's ab workouts were killing my core! And my thighs and neck too LOL I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right because my neck is always straining so I would have to put it down to relax it...
Tonight's dinner was a big feast, but it was a healthy one ;) But my late night snack of cinnamon graham crackers just had to ruin everything.
Today in the morning, I found out that my pilates mat came in the mail~~~ Along with other iPad stuff I ordered. (I spent thirty minutes getting the screen protector on that fat ass iPad .___.)
I noticed that my calves were getting bigger and bigger from the cardio that I've been doing... I thought it was fat too TT.TT Why can't my abs be as hard as my calves! UGH
The Eatery (the app that I use to keep track of what I eat) is a hassle because I would have to take my iPad and take pictures of it.... But it's worth it! I need to focus on eating more healthy and eating the right portion of things!

[BLOGILATES] Day 8: PSY, Bonding, The Eatery
I hate Gangnam Style because it's become a mainstream American song, and I dislike that greatly. However, Cassey made working out to that song super duper fun! <Gangnam Style Cardio Workout>
I totally forgot to post this yesterday night, but because something occured.. I had to postpone the publishing.
Week 2 inititated yesterday and I was glad to be back on the pilates videos! I noticed how pilates has changed the way I eat, how much I eat, and my personality. Although I still do yell at my siblings daily. (It's my full time job LOL)
In the morning, I made Cassey's 2-ingredient banana egg pancakes, and it tasted way better than the other day I made them! (They turned into scrambled eggs the first time I made them.) I found my non-stick pan and used that to make the delicious pancakes, and boy, were they really yummy!
My younger sister and I had a mini movie night, but it soon ended when my mom told us to go upstairs and sleep TT.TT (But But the bonding!) Upstairs, I spent two hours watching most of Cassey's videos and didn't even know time passed by so quickly!
Also, I found an app called the Eatery. It lets you take pictures of what you've stuffed down your throat, instead of just taking note of the calories. I believe that taking pictures of what you eat is better than just jotting down the calories because a food can have low calories, but can also be bad for your health.

[BLOGILATES] Day 7: Cheat Day
Today is my cheat day :D Meaning I get to eat unhealthy for ONE meal--that's right I still have to take note of my caloric intake. I ate ice cream, seaweed soup (it has a slot of sodium apparently .___. )
Even though today was my cheat day, I didn't eat any extra calories. Adding up my exercise and my 1,200 daily caloric intake, I am down with 30 calories. haha I'm done eating for the day.
Something else I noticed was that I learned to say no to lots of unhealthy food that my mom cooks. (Chinese food isn't healthy especially when you don't know how many calories is in one bowl.) I found that eating less isn't a big problem although doing one round of cardio is.
Week 2 starts tomorrow, and I'm actually happy to do more pilates! My calves still hurt, but I'm doing this Asian remedy to cure it~

[BLOGILATES] Day 6: WEEK 1 DONE.
Omg Yay! Guys! I'm finally done with Week 1 of the beginner Calendar!~ Tomorrow will just be a rest day for me. Wait. No it isn't. I still have to do the Fat Melting Routine and Gangnam Style Workout as my cardio of the day! BURN OFF THAT FAT.
Today's workout wasn't that bad..mostly just stretching my legs. I also tried out the Gangnam Style Workout and boy did my abs feel it LOL I loved doing the "sexy lady~" part where we just do our body roll. (sexay)
I'm ready for more of these awesome workouts. Today, I didn't eat over my limit!!!!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW HAPPY I AM. Usually I eat 2,000-2,500 calories per day, but I didn't eat over 1,200 today :3 Mission Accomplished. Whoop~
I really want one of her inspirational tanks. *o* They're so colorful and just brings your day up up up!
In addition, I heard that my Pilates mat is coming pretty soon :O I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO COME.
I didn't do my 4 rounds of cardio yet.. So I'm off to do my last one! And then, Candy Crush on Facebook time. I know. I'm pretty lame, but hey, I love me LOL

[BLOGILATES] Day 5: My Personal Fitness
So I decided to take Cassey's word and use My Personal Fitness. To me, I believe it's beneficial because you log in each food you eat, and what you exercise.
Although when logging in food, I'm a bit confused because all the foods I eat are homemade with random delicious Chinese food, so... when I had to enter in the food, I couldn't find it xD So I had to do manual calculations.
I was shocked that Pilates doesn't really help you loose calories as much... Well it is only sharpening your muscles. :/
This is today's entry:

This is today's entry:
As you can see, I ate an extra 576 calories than I should have .__. Who knew 6 tortilla chips could be 84 calories! D: The weird thing is... I base my daily caloric intake on 2,000 calories, not 1,460. Guess it's diet time! LOL I tried to do extra cardiovascular exercises, including dancing to Henry's Trap, to burn off those extra calories, but boy it is hard.
In conclusion, my calves and quads are burning from yesterday's lower body workout. I couldn't even walk down the stairs today TT.TT Today's abs workout didn't really affect my abs.. but more like hurting my neck and my arms.

[Review] EXO - XOXO Full Album Comeback
NOTE: THIS POST IS NOT EDITED. IGNORE ANY SIMPLE GRAMMAR MISTAKES. I'M HUMAN TOO OKAY.
(I typed this post at 3am. Give me some slack.)
============
This is just a little mini rant/spazz about EXO's full album comeback. Although I might have said something about their comeback in my earlier posts, this is a more detailed one.
To put it out there, I'm actually an anti-SM person... But I do have my likes in SM (sorry, but I'm a STAND. A intense one too). EXO is the first group that I gave my time and interest to. Spending those hours learning twelves names, and their birth names, is not easy--any kpop fan can relate.
SM took freaking one year--more than one year--to have their comeback... .____. Are you friggun serious. Sure, they promoted SHINee and Taemin mostly, but what about EXO? EXO has by far gained an enormous number of fans since Debut Day 1, which is a record. They even became Red Cross Ambassadors! *o*
Their comeback MV isn't "over the roof" interesting, but it is addictive, I must confess. If you are Korean, or you searched up the "eng sub", you'll see that the Korean version of the song is like a parody. In contrast, the Chinese version's lyrics seem much better, and less "child-like". I felt the same way.
Let me show you some examples of the embarrassing translations: Yeah that's right. Embarrassing.
"I’ll take you in one mouthful like cheese."

" It’s [the human] only a one-bite meal."
I mean, sure we don't understand it, and we won't care, but the Korean fans do! If this was an English song, it would be even more ridiculous. SM, marketing is one thing, but making sense in your songs is another. I don't care who is the lyricists fire him/her! Hire me instead! I guarantee, my lyrics would make a whole lot more sense!
Now I may sound a bit arrogant, but it's getting annoying... EXO already looks pretty stupid crawling on the floor and becomes "wolves". I bet Kai is feeling embarrassed too.
Other than that, the entire album is great. I love many of the songs in the album. It has a variety of songs, not just sticking to one genre. Overall, I would give this album a 8/10. I do recommend this album to many, although I'm too poor to buy it myself. LOL But do listen to the full album. It is ear-catching.
[BLOGILATES] Day 4: Unsuccessful
Since it is Saturday where I live, my grandparents and siblings always go to McDonalds and bring me back Chicken McNuggets and soda. However, I made the change by saying no the the junk food, and placed it away.
I didn't eat any.. until dinner where I was starving like crazy because I did Day 4's workout including Pop Cardio: Fat Melting Routine x4....
And all I ate before doing the exercise was eggs, salad, and fruit.. not "energy food".
Oh yeah, I also watched a bit of Henry's Trap Live performance with Taemin & Kyuhyun before doing the pop cardio! lol
For dinner, I had a bit of steak, cereal (lol yeah I know I'm weird), salad, and more fruit. I'm in love with fruits these days! Thanks to an awesome Panda friend who urged me to eat more fruit and less meat! c: Thank you! <3
In today's workout, I really did feel my hamstrings working. I felt the pain. TT.TT
TOMORROW IS AB WORKOUT GUYS. I DON'T WANT TO DO IT. I HATE ABC ABS. D: My core is going to burn like crazy tomorrow and the day after .__. Oh wells. "Train like a beast, look like a beauty." (Let's hope that's true! LOL)
