[BLOGILATES] Day 3: Failure


I actually liked today's workout videos! Not too hard, but still pretty effective. I felt my abs burning in the morning from yesterday's ABC Abs .___.

Ana Caban is like another Cassey! So cheerful! I loved the total body pilates.. even though I need to focus more on my balance because I kept on falling over LOL

The sad thing is that today, my cousin had his birthday and my family decided to go out to eat steak TT.TT WHY OH WHY. And then my grandparents brought back pizza as my lunch... Seriously... I'm trying to loose weight, BUT THEY KEEP SHOVING THE FOOD IN MA MOUTHHH

But I'm not going to eat the cake because I hate cake LOL :P



Another thing I wanted to say is... I found a new drama to watch! And it's not historical, romantic, but more like the struggle of a typical teen, which I can relate too ^__^

The lead female actress is IU (I LOVE HER). Lee Ji Hoon from School 2013 is also here c: And the lovely Yoo In Na from Queen In Hyun's Man. In addition, with a bit of Shinee and EXO in the first episode~~

[BLOGILATES] Day 2: I. Officially. Hate. ABCs.


I never though I would despise the simple Alphabets so much until now.

Today is Day 2 of my Pilates Beginner Calendar Workout by Cassey Ho!

My morning started out pretty well:
- woke up
- checked FB (yeah I'm that lame)
- took off my contacts (that's right baby. I wear night contacts :3)
- did a 1 min plank (boy did my muscles feel the pain already .__.)


Then I came downstairs and had a wonderful breakfast!



Tea-Flavored Boiled Eggs and a cup of apples ^__^ Oh, and I also gulped down 8 oz of water!

I feel pretty good....

Then came the time to START THE WORKOUT TT.TT
The first part wasn't that bad, until I had to do ABC Abs. I was shouting, crying, yelling, falling, and my muscles were burning so bad. When I look back at the video, I can't help but admire how Cassey can hold up that long AND TALK. I WOULD BE DYING. AND CRYING. And then I ended up with a forehead full of dripping sweat lol

And now, I'm off to the airport to pick up my cousins that came from Korea! ^__^

Well I'm back... ._________.


SO I DECIDED TO MAKE THIS BLOG ALIVE AGAIN.

First I need to spazz about lots of things and tell you guys about things too LOL
Even though this blog has no viewers, meh I'll just be happy by myself then.

2. I decided to spend my summer working out. As in loosing my muffin top and exercising and eating healthy. I'll eat less during dinner, eat more fruits, shoo away McDonalds, and definitely drink more water. I remember those summers where I just sat down (kinda glued my butt) on my chair and watched dramas all day all night. .________. My gad was I stupid back then.

I'll post my experiences and how I'm getting along here each day. It's my kind of way of seeing my progress and if I'm keeping up or if this is just all talk!


I'm using the beginner calendar from Blogilates. (I love Cassey~~~~)





I tried out Day 1 today, and it wasn't that bad although I was literally shouting out my pain during those leg exercises! TT.TT HOW DOES CASSEY STILL STAY SO HAPPY WHILE DOING IT. I GIVE HER PROPS!

Day 2 here I come! Right now, as I'm typing, I have a whole (medium-sized) dish full of fruits in front of me, and I'm going to eat it all. c: It has cut mangos, bananas, and apples. Yum!




Let's hope I get through this beginner calendar and see some changes! C:
