Today is one of my super healthy days, but very filling days(:
For breakfast, I had oatmeal with an entire banana. After two rounds of cardio, I had a delicious omelette filled with onion, mushrooms, few bits of chicken, and cheese. It was so delicious, I could eat five of those! Then, for dinner, I had a big plate of salad with teensy bits of grilled chicken. It was so filling and super low in calories, plus it's healthy also!
I had a little .... okay maybe not little... yogurtland in between all of them, but that's okay because it's not like it's SUPER DUPER UNHEALTHY like McDonalds or something similar.... Then, I had a full plate of fruits: banana, jackfruit, apples, and mangoes. SUPER FILLING.
I really needed this rest day... My ankles are hurting really badly from yesterday..so I hope it heals before tomorrow!

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 4: Injuries(?)
To be honest, today's POP HIIT wasn't that extreme like Day 2's, but that could be because Day 2 was just too new for me to experience.
I had to do the home version of today's POP HIIT and for some odd reason, during the last round of my cardio blast, my leg ankle started hurting real bad. I ignored it and just went through with the last cardio blast. Hours later, I walked upstairs to take a shower, and my ankle started hurting again... I don't know what happened, but it's a good thing that tomorrow is Rest Day~
In the beginner's calendar every day seemed like a rest day for me because the exercises were really simple, but this month, a rest day is like a YOLO meal. LOL

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 3: Soreness
I was sore everywhere today. I can still feel my obliques from Monday... Yesterday's POP HIIT workout killed my arms, and today just had to be an upper body workout! FML
I had a delicious omelette in the morning, walked with my friend to buy Starbucks, came back and had an hour of immense torture and pain.
I was yelling, shouting, and my entire family was looking at me as if I were some maniac xD Even though my arms hurt like crazy, I'm glad I have this soreness. Train like a beast, look like a beauty~

[REVIEW] BAP - Coffee Shop
This is BAP's new single, Coffee Shop. It's a slow, pop and rap genre with a jazz-like feel, incorporating all the components of a coffee shop aura.
The first time I saw the teaser for this song I was amazed. This is definitely something BAP is not familiar doing, although they have done slow songs.
This song is filled with vast and detailed emotions of a man that longs for his girlfriend. The members sing and rap about coming to a coffee shop daily--the coffee shop that was the main focus of his memories with a girlfriend. Time passes, but they still reminisce about the girl, never forgetting her scent. It's as if the coffee shop has trapped her scent and lured in the boys to this shop. The strong coffee smell forces them to remember the girl's aura and the bittersweet times they encountered.
The lyrics were very emotional, and the MV setting supported this song greatly. The setting portrays the man going on in his daily life, thinking of the girl and the coffee shop. Usually when one enters a coffee shop, they enter a warm and fragrant place, where memories are created.
I'm surprised that Himchan and Jongup got a lot more lines! And they are legit lines, not just one or two English words! Daehyun's voice wasn't high-pitched or distinct from the others (if it were, this song would be ruined). It was soft, emotional, and dreamy.... Younjae's voice fit perfectly in this song. His soft, light voice didn't cause any distractions. I wonder how Youngguk and Zelo's rap would fit in the song, but their rap was light, yet very powerful. Zelo even sang!
This is definitely different from their Warrior and powerful boys concept, but this just shows how BAP is truly talented and can take on any genre. They are truly outstanding rookies.

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 1/2: New Workouts
I am totally dead with today's POP HIIT workout. I officially hate burpees. I use to love them...for some odd reason...but now I wish they never existed! .___.
After the first round of my POP HIIT, I attempted to make the healthy cookies Cassey instructed! It turned out wonderful and so delicious~
And then I tried to make a omelette... I remember the first time I made them it turned out into scrambled eggs... But this time it looks so wonderful! I had mushroom, chicken breast, chopped onions, and cheese in there. Mmmmm So delicious and filling! <3

[BLOGILATES] Day 27: Finished!!
My beginner's calendar is finished! Today, I did eight pilates workouts in total! I did the last day of the beginner's calendar workout, in addition with the first day of the #ThisIsMyJuly Calendar workout! The workouts for the July calendar were so intense! Omg!
The new workout for today was actually really wonderful! It wasn't as painful as the Abs on Fire!(: I printed out the July Calendar and also made my own July Eating Calendar!
I'm going to commit to eating healthy and do tons of cardio! I saw a preview of tomorrow's workout and I'm already scared:(
I forgot to take a before picture today...So I'll take it tomorrow when I wake up(: Or maybe tonight because I look fatter at the end of the day rather than the beginning of the day.
I'll also use this blog to update my July Calendar too! #blogilates (: I'll title my July Calendar, #ThisIsMyJuly!

[BLOGILATES] Day 26: July, here I come!(:
Today is the second to last day of my beginner's calendar. I can't wait for tomorrow, where I begin my July Calendar! I printed out the calendar, and took a look at the workouts that I'll be dying through. I'm scared actually....
I've actually been slacking off and eating very unhealthy these past few days. Today, I snacked on manyyyyy crackers:( I'll have to plan out my meals for the entire month too then... Well, I know what I'm doing tonight!(:
I really hope to see some changes in July. I'm going to take a before picture to remind myself how hideous I look, and then take an after picture to see if I have changed or not! I'm going to force my mom to take me to the market tomorrow so I can buy a cart full of healthy greens, tomatoes, TONS of bananas (and other fruits), and some frozen healthy(?) snacks for cheat days~
If I want this, I'm going to be really committed. On another note, my calves have been dying. I can't even flex them, or it hurts so badly:( During today's workouts, I didn't stop that much!(: Maybe just once or twice to save my neck, but I went through it all~
Well, good luck to me and my healthy issues!(: Don't worry, I'm still going to update like I am right now for the July Calendar.

[BLOGILATES] Day 25: Mall
Finally, my friend and I decided on a day to go to the mall, and that's today!(: Thus, I didn't have much time to do my workouts in the morning, although I managed to squeeze two in there(;
I bought lots of lovely clothing at the mall, including what I could wear on a casual basis, and for my workouts! I finished my remaining workouts just now, and I'm sweating like crazyyy.
A lot of the stores in the mall had super sales, and I was just in bliss.....Although one store had to have one shirt I really admired, but it cost $30...haha You cray. BUT I STILL BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I WAS RICH THEN LOL
When I arrived home, I began to make kimbap~ I'm wondering if it's healthy or not... I make it out of brown rice (with a little sesame oil to taste), spam, imitation crab, shredded carrot, fried egg, and daikon (yellow radish). It's healthy in general right?? I need to research that tonight... LOL
Only two more days until the beginners calendar is over. I can't wait for the July calendar. I've noticed many changes every since day 1 of Blogilates. I'm more positive, I can say no to unhealthy food shoved in my face, I chug water all the time, hate the taste of soda, noticed some of my neck fat disappearing, and most importantly, love to put healthy things into my meals(: If I can, of course.
