[BLOGILATES] Day 24: Hanging out with Friends

My friends has been pestering me to go to Starbucks with them, and I finally decided to use today to go. Before we went, we had dinner: The Hat, Chilli Cheese Fries .___. Yes, I know very fattening... But I thought it as treat for this week.

After the nasty fries, we went to Starbucks and I got a grande Green Tea Frappucino. So delicious~ Deciding that we needed to at least walk off the fat consumed, we went around a plaza shopping also.(:

Then, I walked a couple miles home. I was definitely sweaty, but I felt so energetic~

I was so tired last night I forgot to upload this post OTL.

[BLOGILATES] Day 23: Calorie Obsession + BAP

Let's talk about BAP first before I forget what I'm going to type. LOL

DID YOU SEE THEIR NEW MV. COFFEE SHOP. OMG IT'S WONDERFUL. THE PIANO MELODY; THEIR SOFT VOICES; JONGUP & HIMCHAN GOT MORE LINES; ZELO SINGS; DAEHYUN IS KILLING ME; YG'S FINGER RAPPING; AND YOUNGJAE'S MODEL POSES. WTF.

They're so hot, cute, sexy, average, etc. Omg. I also just spent two hours subbing the video, you can check it out here!

As previously stated, I always spend at least an hour reading some old Blogilates' posts that Cassey Ho wrote. I accidentally came across one where she talks about "making mistakes and giving into your indulgence". She said that it's okay to suddenly give in. Don't feel like you've given up already; just start a new.

She also said that calorie obessing is the worse thing to do. I think what I'm doing now is calorie obsessing. I've become so infactuated with calorie intakes that I deprive myself of most things. Also, My Fitness Pal is making me eat 1,200 calories per day. For me, or an average human, is way too little. I use to take in about 1,500-2,000 calories daily. Depriving myself of so many things is harming my body and preventing me from loosing weight.

I decided that I'm going to stop using My Fitness Pal and focus more on eating healthy in general. I'll make greens and vegetables the main course of every meal (with the exception of breakfast). I'll eat fish instead of chicken/pork/beef. And I'll do more cardio.

The July Calendar is coming out, and my beginners calendar is coming to a stop soon... I can't wait. I've never been so happy to have a new workout in my life.. Never.. until now, thanks to Cassey!(:

[BLOGILATES] Day 22: Cardio Maniac

I'm really dissapointed in myself. I always look in the mirror, notice my neck fat, lift up my tank, and see my belly protruding.. Ohmygoodness. I hate myself.

I try to work out, do extra cardio, but then I find myself indulging on other unhealthy food aka ramen, ice cream, cookies, etc. Like I said in my previous post, my dad forced me to eat the foods that he made for dinner, which were mostly meat and things I didn't want to eat.... So I had a lot of duck, and one small bowl on porridge (congee).

Later on at night, about two hours ago from now, I did a cardio rampage~(: Boy, do I feel good and healthy~ I did 1 round of <Heart on Fire>, the <Muffin Top Meltdown> and the <Spring Fling Cardio>. I died in the spring fling cardio. My legs are dying~~~ On fire, as you can say (;

No more unhealthy eating! I've had enough for this week! I'm only suppose to have one cheat day, but I had two .___. Oh why, oh why.

I snacked on some cashews after my daily pilates, and... they were a lot of calories for a few ounces, so I decided to google how healthy they were. Supposedly, they're SUPERRRR HEALTHY, but they are high in calories. Ha. .____. Healthy my ass.

[BLOGILATES] Day 25: Graphics + AFF

My dad came home from his trip again, thus we went out to eat dim sum. I had lobster noodles (super delicious!), and lots of meat .____. I guess you can call today my cheat day xD Since I ate so much during dim sum, I decided to just eat some bananas for dinner, and a late night snack... Suddenly, my dad said "Eat this crab! You're Asian, drink this soup! Why are you eating so less? You think eating less can help you loose weight? That's false!"

.................... Dad, I'm not "eating less", it's called not eating those fried foods you made! Another thing I'm surprised at is, the table was filled with delicious foods: fish, crab, noodles, and lots more seafood, but I had no appetite! Weird.... That's really a first. Before I came downstairs and was forced to eat some Asian food, I did the <Heart on Fire Cardio> & the <Victoria Secrets Lean Legs WO>. I sweated so much! Omg.

And now.... my announcement...

I STARTED WRITING FANFICS AGAIN~ (: I decided to make it more interesting by basing the fanfiction on my friend's life. Who's the friend? Secret!!!!(:

I gave Photoshop a try again, and I'm so happy this is the result. What made me try it out again was that this graphics shop was having this giveaway.......on EXO's album. Haha. How could I refuse that? And I LOVE GRAPHICS. Although, it is kind of tiring because you would have to spend at least an hour on a poster. (For the one above, I spent an hour and thirty minutes minimum?) Also, finding the right pictures take patience too.

I always had Photoshop, but never used it because of all the intricate thingies LOL After researching a bit about the effects, I got the hang of it(: It's so easy to make a poster now. If I were to make Photoshop on another software I use (that's less intricate, but not as skilled as Photoshop), it would take me 3 hours.... Literally.

[BLOGILATES] Day 20: Sneaky Tricks

So.....My dad came home from another trip today, but he didn't make the dinner :3 So that means there wasn't any big feast or anything; just some simple home-made Chinese food cooked up by my lovely mother~ <3

In the morning, I realized that smiling and telling myself "You can do it! You want the skinny body right? Do you want to become obese?" and other motivational words got me through my cardio/pilates much easier! I also didn't stop during my pilates: <Legs and Thighs Workout> today~ I'm so proud of myself (booty pat~).

While I was washing my hair and taking a shower, I didn't fell like going downstairs where all the noise was (when my dad comes home, it's usually loud in the kitchen and I'm more of the quiet type of girl; fyi, not loud as in arguing, but loud as in family Asian talking xD). So, I decided to chill in my bedroom and watch some anime that I've been into lately....

(Also, when I blow-dry my hair, I sweat... Maybe it's because of the steam from my long shower.. I take very long showers.. Guess what I do in there. I sing, dance, pretend I'm an idol, etc LOL DON'T JUDGE ME. I KNOW YOU'VE DONE IT TOO. DON'T LIE.) I was pretty bored, so I also did Victoria Secret's Ab Workout and OMG MY ABS WERE DYING. DYING. DYING. After cooling down and wiping off my sweat from my shower, I just had to sweat more and more with this workout LOL

Speaking of sneaky tricks... I noticed that staying upstairs and being "too lazy" to come downstairs allowed me to take my mind off food, which is great for me! Eventually, I came downstairs to help my sister on her little children games, and I realized that I didn't eat 1,200 calories yet! (Shocking..) So I made some Blogilates' banana pancakes, ate 2 bananas, and drank 1000ml of water. I'm bloated...... And I need to go pee now..... Well, bye xD

[BLOGILATES] Day 19: Chinese Food + KCON Updates

*You see the new caps? haha I decided to title it because when I look back at my blog in mobile ver, I realized that just saying "Days" is pretty idiotic when people don't know what you're referring to!

It's definite. Chinese Food is superrrr unhealthy...and I've been eating it all my life D:

Actually, I'm not sure LOL But the snack that my mom brought home today were super high in calories. 100g of cashews were what, 500 calories? Haha. Damn. That's a lot.

I've said in a previous post that KCON is coming up very soon, but I decided that I'm not going. It's two weeks into the start of school, and if I want a bright future (rather than a saesang, sorry) as a doctor, I got to push away useless things (but I still love kpop with all my heart). Maybe I'll go in two years, when most of my school things are finished.

As of now, I'll have to settle for HD fancams~ If I were to go to KCON, I would have to volunteer at CXO again, and I would love to do that, but it's not the same if it's volunteering one day, and then going home the next :c Sorry CXO! Next years, I promise I'll help out~

On another note...I'm not really sure if I'm doing the workouts right, but today was ab workouts, and I mostly felt it in my legs and arms.... For example, in the lower ABC Abs, I felt it in my thighs when moving the legs around. I'm weird.

Anyways, the beginner calendar is going to end soon! So fast! Next month, I'll move onto the regular workout calendar~! I can't wait. omg

[BLOGILATES] Day 18: Progress

I didn't eat over my calories today~~~ C:

Today has to be, by far, one of my most favorite days. No one was at home, so I had the home all to myself, also meaning that there won't be food on the kitchen counter begging me to eat it...

I marinated my own chicken and ate it on top of my salad, and it was so damn delicious. And suddenly, to make it even more better, MBLAQ was on TV (Arirang TV), then Simply KPOP came on. That means, EXO, B1A4, Henry performed and Henry showed some abs :3 What I didn't know was that Baro injuried his foot! D: What kind of Bana am I??



I lost...1 pound by doing Blogilates? lol But I only started eating "healthy" two days ago, so I can't really say for sure. I'm out of tomatoes, so I need to go buy moreeee. Lots more.
