The dinner I made was just too delicious. I didn't eat rice! (That's a first...) I used a tortilla bread wrap, spread cheese on it for flavor and the base; then added chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and topped it with a bit of salad dressing; and added some minced roasted beef. It was super low in calories, and I was stuffed!!
In the morning, I realized that I should never add bananas into my oatmeal, and just eat them on the side. Without mixing the oatmeal, I found that the oatmeal was much more tasty and I didn't have a hard time eating it.
Similar to yesterday, I had salad for late night snack....but then my cravings came in. I opened the freezer, then I saw the ice cream..... I had to eat some. I was literally staring at it for so long. TT.TT So I ate some... then did an extra round of cardio to burn it off (why did I even eat it if I was going to do more cardio? ugh).
Then...something that just happened now... I want to go to KCON, but I can't! :c Actually, I don't even know if I want to... I do want to, but I don't want to at the same time.. I didn't even go to BAP's concert! And I'm a BIG BAP fan. Probobly one thing that's holding me back is that school starts two weeks before KCON. KCON being two days, meaning it's going to be on a Sunday too, would interfere with my school. I have school on Monday...and I know that going to concerts, I would arrive at home VERY LATE (b/c of the stalking I do with my friends LOL)
So I don't know... Should I go? KCON is very cheap compared to other concerts coughsmtowncough (smtown was so damn expensive!). Should I?

[BLOGILATES] Day 16: Grocery Shopping
Today in general has to be probably the most healthiest days of my life.
In the morning, I ate oatmeal w/hot milk and to top, a sliced banana for taste.
Then, I gulped down cups of water, did my daily pilates and cardio; took a refreshing shower, watched the new episode of <I Hear Your Voice> (ohmygad. that drama needs to update more often. like every hour? LOL)
For dinner, I had 1/2 cup of brown rice with 6 oz of stir-fried prawns~ So delicious and filling! Finally, I persuaded my mom to go out and buy groceries with me. I bought so many vegetables and salad ingredients~ (then there's my annoying sister wanting to buy rice krispy treats ingredients .___. FAT FAT FAT FATTTTT...but I snacked on some LOL)
My "part 2" of my dinner was my homemade salad topped with black forest ham (it doesn't have a lot of calories surprisingly...if you compare it with roasted meat) & delicious Cesar salad dressing (ohmygad. this dressing is heavenly and low in calories).

[BLOGILATES] Day 19: Banana Fever
I've regained myself today, and I am so happy. For some reason, I'm less tense/stressed and much much more happier today....
I didn't eat over my calorie limit, drank lots and lots of water, AND TWO EPISODES OF GU FAMILY BOOK CAME OUT EEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPP. C: And I think episodes of I Hear Your Voice came out too... Hm....
I tried doing cardio in the morning because I heard it helped waken the body and make exercising more easier (I spent one hour googling healthy related issues last night). So I did 2 rounds of Gangnam Style Cardio, and it got me pumped up for the day!
I need to force my mom to go out and buy me healthy ingredients so I can make my own food.... It's either instant curry over rice or my mom's fat foods D:
As a result of the dead boring days, I subbed another video~ LOL I really need to go out. Walk...to starbucks.. I need 4 more drinks until I'm at gold card status!!!!
/cough/ Back to the title explanation, ............ Mr. Banana and I re-married again. We got married, then we divorced because of my love for fats, but then somehow, we got in touch again and decided it's best to be what we were. <3

[BLOGILATES] Day 14: CRAVINGS
The day always starts out fine and then when it's night time, my mom always has to bring food home for me.... and for some stupid reason, I can't deny the food, so I eat it...and eat...and eat. And then I gain weight.
I feel so hopeless and stupid now. ugh I need to learn to say no and stop my stupid hands. Also, I realized that most foods eaten by hands (and leave their stains on the hands) are fattening...aka burgers, beef jerky, hot dogs.
Today's workout definitely killed my abs and my butt LOL Week 3 initiate tomorrow! Omg. I can't wait.
Something else that I'm watching a lot these days besides kdrama is "Adventure Time". Omg lol. I feel like a kid all over againnnn
P.s. When my mom brought home pepsi for me, I found that drinking it gave off a weird nasty taste... It seems like chugging water every hour is helping~

[BLOGILATES] Day 13: Pain, Pain, and more pain
While doing the workouts, I was dying like crazy. Shouting, yelling, screaming--it all entered into different rooms/places of my house. My hamstrings were killing me; my arms were about to fall off with them (invisible) "golf-balls and volleyballs" on my hands; and especially when it was time for the <Call Me Maybe Squats>, tears were about to fall off.
Noticing that I didn't get enough exercise for the day and didn't burn off my daily calories, I did cardio and Abs on Fiyahhhhhh. My abs, again, were dying, but the Gangnam Style Cardio made it fun fun fun!~
My mom bought these Chinese delicious crackers, and I was snacking on them the entire time... Everything (even the nutrition facts) were in Chinese, so I had a hard time figuring out how many calories this thing had xD
I need to go out and buy ingredients to make healthy wraps for my snacking time...crackers aren't the most healthy. In addition to food making, I had to cut up these Chinese yam (? they're white, but it's labeled as yam...), and my mom said, "you should wear gloves or else you're hands will become itchy." .___. Thanks for the heads up mom! (sarcasm) Thus, I was itchy everywhere. For some odd reason, I was most itchy in my inner thighs..... Weird much?
Today, I gulped up bottles of water, and I feel so much more hydrated. I also found out that drinking lots of water suddenly will help make you feel "bloated and full" so you won't feel the need to crave so much food!

[BLOGILATES] Day 12: Meeting "Korean" People
I know you see the title, and think "what?!" LOL Before I delve into that, let me talk about my day~
I didn't record my calories today nor my exercise because it's my cheat day. My dad was out of state for an entire week, and now that he's back, being the chef that he is, he cooked us a wondrous meal~ Eggplants, abalone, chicken, healthy soup, rice, etc. It was so delicious!
After dinner, my friend came and her cousins too. When they came into the living room (they are two teenage boys, 1 year apart), I was just staring at them... They're pretty cute, I have to admit (I'm attracted to Asians and fobs for some odd reason), and they're fobs. They're staying in America for the time being. I should find some way to get them to hang out with me soon.. OMG LOL One of them is my age, the other is one year older. They're skinny af: the younger brother is 90 something pounds; and the older is 102... haha I'm really fat.
During today's ab workouts, I didn't rest that much! I tried to not stop at all during the workouts, letting them abs burn like crazy! I'm pretty proud of myself~
Overall, today was pretty good! I spent most of my days subbing two videos though.... Takes me forever when I procrastinate LOL

[BLOGILATES] Day 11: ABS ON FIYAHHHH
In the beginners' calendar, today is the lower body workout, but I did extra videos and worked out most of my abs. I did the ABC Abs and I tried a video from the regular June calendar. I was sweating like crazy, and my abs were dying. I think Cassey might be the end of me one day LOL
Last night, I watched "I Hear Your Voice" (kdrama) on the iPad until it was 5am .___. I didn't even know it was morning until I heard birds chirping and the blue sky. I was like "yeah....that's enough dramas for tonight"
In the morning, I made Blogilates' pancakes again, but this time used a different butter. I think it was salt butter? (Fattening I know.) I lightly buttered the skillet and then placed my batter on it. The results were amazing. The pancakes had this delicious taste to it. It was so yummyyy. Gah I can still taste it now.
For dinner, I didn't have the tradition fattening Chinese foods my mom made :3 I made my own dinner!...ish I boiled pre-made curry and spread it over rice, topped it with bits of chicken and cooked melon. Yum!
