#ThisIsMyJuly Day 12: Purified

I AM ONCE HEALTHY AGAIN~ (; /tears of joy

I feel so refreshed and clean; purified! LOOL I also did my POP HIIT today. It wasn't as bad as the previous three exercises, but still intense and made me cry!:(

I've been doing lots of thinking today.... And.. Well I'll just list them out sequencially(:

1. I'm going to start making graphics for others, and maybe apply for a position at an AFF shop? Maybe... I'm still not sure if I want to, so I'm giving out free graphics... Just request them!(:

    ~If you want to request something (I take anything. Literally. Posters for your stories; desktop backgrounds, you and your bias [I actually photoshopped my friend's face onto Sulli's so it would seem as if she was kissing Minho xD], etc)
     ~So just request on my Tumblr or AFF

2. I'm most likely not going to title my post anymore... Just keep them with the hastag and the date. I'm seriously out of ideas as to what to title each post LOOOL

3. I'm going to post pictures of my meals and upload them here... Although I'll try. If I eat out (which most likely will not happen, except for occasional yum chas...), then most likely I won't be able to snap a picture:( Although, if I'm at home, I'll snap everything that goes in my mouth!(:

     ~Anddddddd I'm going to start now!(:  I eat my meals every 2-3 hours, so I don't have lunch or dinner or things like that.

Morning/Breakfast: Yum Cha with the family. I didn't eat much meat... Let's see... I ate one chicken feet, this delicious food that had a mushroom at the bottom and shrimp on the top, vegetable and shrimp dumplings, and drank lots and lots of water(:

2nd meal: Yogurtland... Yes... That's not exactly "healthy" but I got the flavors: green tea, mango, pistachio, and taro with the toppings: strawberry & watermelon.....with A LITTLE BIT oreo crumbs... teehee

3rd meal (I guess you can call this dinner?):



Salad~~~ with teensy bit ranch dressing, some corn bits, and sauteed mushroom, onions, eggs, and carrots... with a side dish of blueberries(:

4th meal/Last meal:



Mushroom, onion, and cheese omelette with a chopped tiny weensy tomato~

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 11: Lazy

So... I didn't do my POP HIIT workout today.... And the worst thing is that today's also my cheat day. I had steak and apple pie for dinner....Yep. Fattening. TT.TT

I'll do my POP HIIT workout tomorrow then(: I'll count today as my rest day, and tomorrow as my POP HIIT!

And then, KCON.... I hate you. You better announce the line-up by Monday or I'll kill some people now.

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 10: Giving up Rice

Today's workout was a upper body KILLA. I died. My arms are super duper sore from all those weight lifting. Cassey recommended 3 pound weights for beginners, but I only have 5 pounders...and that's intense hardcore right there TT.TT

Well.. I'll die again tomorrow which is a POP HIIT day ... haha. no

Tonight at dinner, I had another feast...But I only ate fish, duck, and lots of broccoli.. no rice!(: I'm so happy. I was like "hmmm I should eat some.." But I didn't!~

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 9: Lazy

I realized that eating super unhealthy resulted to me telling myself during workout "This is too hard.. I should give up."

I hate that feeling. That feeling of wanting to give up, but then I look at myself at realize how unhealthy I've become.  I really should start eating more healthy. No excuses now!

I finally finished subbing EXO's Happy Camp, and I'll post the videos in the next post. Finally, the days of long ass subbing are over~ lol

Today's POP HIIT was CRAZY. Especially the ones that had to do with plank/pushups TT.TT

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 8: Dessert Mania~

I had so much delicious desserts today~ omg.

In the morning, before everything, I had oatmeal and banana, my classic breakfast(:
Then, I walked with my friend to Yogurtland and received free yogurt(; We shopped around for a while, then, we went to a crepe store. Omg The crepe was so delicious. I ordered a banana, strawberry, nutella, and whip cream crepe(;



When I came home, I found some Korean movies on Netflix on my WII and I was soooooo happpyyy. Then I watch "I AM", from SM Ent. I cried. The movie was so moving and touching.... Even though I didn't care for SNSD :P Haha Sorry! (Not!)

Then I did my pilates... And ate homemade delicious dinner!

#ThisIsMyJuly Day 5/6: Subbing Mania

Omg. I totally forgot about blogging about my daily Blogilates life... I was too caught up in subbing Happy Camp that I forgot about posting -_____- And then because subbing takes FOREVERRR... I just grabbed anything that looked appealing to me.. So that was junk food basically...

Here's part 1 .. I'm currently timing part 2, and translating part 3. Ugh.


I had to quickly to my daily pilates today.... Well, I'll be done subbing by tomorrow morning, so hopefully, I'll be on track soon. Ever since I've been eating unhealthy, I feel really nasty and ugly on the inside... I guess that's the cause of suddenly eating unhealthy!~
