I think I"m in love with lower body days..because it's so easy! LOL Today's workout took exactly one hour! Whoop. I always preview the next day's workout, and when I saw it... I went viral. It looked so difficult!!
I'm actually eating chobani while typing this. I think I found a new way where I can do my cardio without actually feel like I'm doing it. Whenever I listen to kpop, I dance along to their songs and pretend I'm on stage. Don't judge me! Dancing is also a form of cardio, so I'll just do that every day now!

1. Oatmeal w/strawberries
2. Chobani mango flavored
3. Lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing, mushroom & onions
4. Fried fish, eel, a small bag of pocky, a banana & 6 shrimp vegetable dumplings
