Today's workout was a upper body KILLA. I died. My arms are super duper sore from all those weight lifting. Cassey recommended 3 pound weights for beginners, but I only have 5 pounders...and that's intense hardcore right there TT.TT
Well.. I'll die again tomorrow which is a POP HIIT day ... haha. no
Tonight at dinner, I had another feast...But I only ate fish, duck, and lots of broccoli.. no rice!(: I'm so happy. I was like "hmmm I should eat some.." But I didn't!~
