[BLOGILATES] Day 22: Cardio Maniac

I'm really dissapointed in myself. I always look in the mirror, notice my neck fat, lift up my tank, and see my belly protruding.. Ohmygoodness. I hate myself.

I try to work out, do extra cardio, but then I find myself indulging on other unhealthy food aka ramen, ice cream, cookies, etc. Like I said in my previous post, my dad forced me to eat the foods that he made for dinner, which were mostly meat and things I didn't want to eat.... So I had a lot of duck, and one small bowl on porridge (congee).

Later on at night, about two hours ago from now, I did a cardio rampage~(: Boy, do I feel good and healthy~ I did 1 round of <Heart on Fire>, the <Muffin Top Meltdown> and the <Spring Fling Cardio>. I died in the spring fling cardio. My legs are dying~~~ On fire, as you can say (;

No more unhealthy eating! I've had enough for this week! I'm only suppose to have one cheat day, but I had two .___. Oh why, oh why.

I snacked on some cashews after my daily pilates, and... they were a lot of calories for a few ounces, so I decided to google how healthy they were. Supposedly, they're SUPERRRR HEALTHY, but they are high in calories. Ha. .____. Healthy my ass.
