So.....My dad came home from another trip today, but he didn't make the dinner :3 So that means there wasn't any big feast or anything; just some simple home-made Chinese food cooked up by my lovely mother~ <3
In the morning, I realized that smiling and telling myself "You can do it! You want the skinny body right? Do you want to become obese?" and other motivational words got me through my cardio/pilates much easier! I also didn't stop during my pilates: <Legs and Thighs Workout> today~ I'm so proud of myself (booty pat~).
While I was washing my hair and taking a shower, I didn't fell like going downstairs where all the noise was (when my dad comes home, it's usually loud in the kitchen and I'm more of the quiet type of girl; fyi, not loud as in arguing, but loud as in family Asian talking xD). So, I decided to chill in my bedroom and watch some anime that I've been into lately....
(Also, when I blow-dry my hair, I sweat... Maybe it's because of the steam from my long shower.. I take very long showers.. Guess what I do in there. I sing, dance, pretend I'm an idol, etc LOL DON'T JUDGE ME. I KNOW YOU'VE DONE IT TOO. DON'T LIE.) I was pretty bored, so I also did Victoria Secret's Ab Workout and OMG MY ABS WERE DYING. DYING. DYING. After cooling down and wiping off my sweat from my shower, I just had to sweat more and more with this workout LOL
Speaking of sneaky tricks... I noticed that staying upstairs and being "too lazy" to come downstairs allowed me to take my mind off food, which is great for me! Eventually, I came downstairs to help my sister on her little children games, and I realized that I didn't eat 1,200 calories yet! (Shocking..) So I made some Blogilates' banana pancakes, ate 2 bananas, and drank 1000ml of water. I'm bloated...... And I need to go pee now..... Well, bye xD
