Today is the second to last day of my beginner's calendar. I can't wait for tomorrow, where I begin my July Calendar! I printed out the calendar, and took a look at the workouts that I'll be dying through. I'm scared actually....
I've actually been slacking off and eating very unhealthy these past few days. Today, I snacked on manyyyyy crackers:( I'll have to plan out my meals for the entire month too then... Well, I know what I'm doing tonight!(:
I really hope to see some changes in July. I'm going to take a before picture to remind myself how hideous I look, and then take an after picture to see if I have changed or not! I'm going to force my mom to take me to the market tomorrow so I can buy a cart full of healthy greens, tomatoes, TONS of bananas (and other fruits), and some frozen healthy(?) snacks for cheat days~
If I want this, I'm going to be really committed. On another note, my calves have been dying. I can't even flex them, or it hurts so badly:( During today's workouts, I didn't stop that much!(: Maybe just once or twice to save my neck, but I went through it all~
