Today is one of my super healthy days, but very filling days(:
For breakfast, I had oatmeal with an entire banana. After two rounds of cardio, I had a delicious omelette filled with onion, mushrooms, few bits of chicken, and cheese. It was so delicious, I could eat five of those! Then, for dinner, I had a big plate of salad with teensy bits of grilled chicken. It was so filling and super low in calories, plus it's healthy also!
I had a little .... okay maybe not little... yogurtland in between all of them, but that's okay because it's not like it's SUPER DUPER UNHEALTHY like McDonalds or something similar.... Then, I had a full plate of fruits: banana, jackfruit, apples, and mangoes. SUPER FILLING.
I really needed this rest day... My ankles are hurting really badly from yesterday..so I hope it heals before tomorrow!
