#ThisIsMyJuly Day 4: Injuries(?)

To be honest, today's POP HIIT wasn't that extreme like Day 2's, but that could be because Day 2 was just too new for me to experience.

I had to do the home version of today's POP HIIT and for some odd reason, during the last round of my cardio blast, my leg ankle started hurting real bad. I ignored it and just went through with the last cardio blast. Hours later, I walked upstairs to take a shower, and my ankle started hurting again... I don't know what happened, but it's a good thing that tomorrow is Rest Day~

In the beginner's calendar every day seemed like a rest day for me because the exercises were really simple, but this month, a rest day is like a YOLO meal. LOL
