I think it's a scam, but my hopes are up up up up up up!!
For dinner, I had a super filling feast. There was beef, cilantro, egg, chicken, etc. So much healthy protein!!~ I ate too much I couldn't even straighten my back afterwards! As I was claiming to my family that I was bloated... I was eating a banana and ice cream simultaneously!!!
Just now, I finished the new workout that Cassey posted, and my little sister joined along~ How cute! I taught her plank, push-up, double leg lift, earthquake, etc. She's so cuteee even though she kept on falling over!!

Daily Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/raisin & banana
2. Chobani & mushroom, onions, egg, lettuce, tomato, dressing
3. Feast: Beef w/cilantro, brown rice (a little b/c I was too stuffed), broccoli, chicken, seafood, expensive seafood soup... lol
4. Fruit Bowl w/ a little condensed milk to taste
