While doing the workouts, I was dying like crazy. Shouting, yelling, screaming--it all entered into different rooms/places of my house. My hamstrings were killing me; my arms were about to fall off with them (invisible) "golf-balls and volleyballs" on my hands; and especially when it was time for the <Call Me Maybe Squats>, tears were about to fall off.
Noticing that I didn't get enough exercise for the day and didn't burn off my daily calories, I did cardio and Abs on Fiyahhhhhh. My abs, again, were dying, but the Gangnam Style Cardio made it fun fun fun!~
My mom bought these Chinese delicious crackers, and I was snacking on them the entire time... Everything (even the nutrition facts) were in Chinese, so I had a hard time figuring out how many calories this thing had xD
I need to go out and buy ingredients to make healthy wraps for my snacking time...crackers aren't the most healthy. In addition to food making, I had to cut up these Chinese yam (? they're white, but it's labeled as yam...), and my mom said, "you should wear gloves or else you're hands will become itchy." .___. Thanks for the heads up mom! (sarcasm) Thus, I was itchy everywhere. For some odd reason, I was most itchy in my inner thighs..... Weird much?
Today, I gulped up bottles of water, and I feel so much more hydrated. I also found out that drinking lots of water suddenly will help make you feel "bloated and full" so you won't feel the need to crave so much food!
