In the beginners' calendar, today is the lower body workout, but I did extra videos and worked out most of my abs. I did the ABC Abs and I tried a video from the regular June calendar. I was sweating like crazy, and my abs were dying. I think Cassey might be the end of me one day LOL
Last night, I watched "I Hear Your Voice" (kdrama) on the iPad until it was 5am .___. I didn't even know it was morning until I heard birds chirping and the blue sky. I was like "yeah....that's enough dramas for tonight"
In the morning, I made Blogilates' pancakes again, but this time used a different butter. I think it was salt butter? (Fattening I know.) I lightly buttered the skillet and then placed my batter on it. The results were amazing. The pancakes had this delicious taste to it. It was so yummyyy. Gah I can still taste it now.
For dinner, I didn't have the tradition fattening Chinese foods my mom made :3 I made my own dinner!...ish I boiled pre-made curry and spread it over rice, topped it with bits of chicken and cooked melon. Yum!
