In the morning, I ate oatmeal w/hot milk and to top, a sliced banana for taste.
Then, I gulped down cups of water, did my daily pilates and cardio; took a refreshing shower, watched the new episode of <I Hear Your Voice> (ohmygad. that drama needs to update more often. like every hour? LOL)
For dinner, I had 1/2 cup of brown rice with 6 oz of stir-fried prawns~ So delicious and filling! Finally, I persuaded my mom to go out and buy groceries with me. I bought so many vegetables and salad ingredients~ (then there's my annoying sister wanting to buy rice krispy treats ingredients .___. FAT FAT FAT FATTTTT...but I snacked on some LOL)
My "part 2" of my dinner was my homemade salad topped with black forest ham (it doesn't have a lot of calories surprisingly...if you compare it with roasted meat) & delicious Cesar salad dressing (ohmygad. this dressing is heavenly and low in calories).
